Symphonic Bands

Ridge View offers two symphonic bands to suit the needs of its students at all levels of their musical development. Concert Band (Grade IV) and the Symphonic Band (Grade VI) have earned superior ratings in numerous State and National events, including perennial superior ratings at the SCBDA’s Concert Festival. The Ridge View Symphonic Band has performed at the Grand National Adjudicators Invitational, twice at the South Carolina Music Educators State Convention, twice at the University of South Carolina Band Clinic, the University of Southern Mississippi Band Clinic, and at the Bands of America National Concert Festival.
